6-Month ROI Commitment: Target-Based Engagement
Pay for the setup. Pay for the rest when qualified leads arrive.
Over six months we work toward a lead target built from your own numbers. You pay for the setup phase. The results phase is only payable if the target is reached.
This option is offered after your audit, to businesses where it makes sense for both sides.
Set after your audit, based on your market, customer value, and scope. Paid at the start of each month. Non-refundable.
Payable only if the agreed lead target is reached by the end of month 6. If it isn't, you owe nothing for these months.
You pay for the setup phase only, not months 4 to 6, and you keep the system I built. Your exact amount is in your proposal after the audit.
How it works
- 1
Free diagnostic audit and one priority piece
You see where your Google and AI visibility stands today, and you get one publish-ready article, at no cost.
- 2
Discovery and target setting
We go through your traffic, inbound leads, conversion rate, and average customer value, then agree on a lead target for six months.
- 3
Written agreement
The target, the definition of a qualified lead, and the tracking method are written down and signed before the first payment.
- 4
Months 1 to 3: build
Your Google Business Profile, lead tracking, key page changes, and the first buyer-search content go live.
- 5
Months 4 to 6: compound
Visibility builds on what was published. The target is measured cumulatively across all six months, and months 4 to 6 are invoiced once it is verified.
Why the target is based on leads, not sales
I own your search and AI visibility
- ✓What gets published
- ✓What ranks
- ✓What gets cited
- ✓How that traffic turns into enquiries
You own what happens after the lead
- ✓Your offer
- ✓Your pricing
- ✓Closing leads and follow-up
That is why the target is set on qualified leads, the part I can influence, and not on closed deals, which depend on how your team sells.
How the number is set
After your free audit, we look at your current traffic, inbound leads, conversion rate, and average customer value. From those numbers we agree a realistic target for qualified leads over six months, and we write down exactly what counts as a qualified lead. You see the math before you sign.
If conversion changes
The target is built from your current conversion rate. If your offer, pricing, or site changes in a way that lowers conversion, or if agreed page recommendations are not implemented, the target is adjusted to match.
What ROI means here
The return is projected from the lead target we agree on, calculated from your numbers. It is not a promise of sales.
Who is accountable
I am personally accountable for the outcome within the scope we agree. Parts of the work that I outsource to other specialists, such as writing, link building, and design, are all done under my direction, and I answer for their work.
What the setup phase covers
This is what the first three months pay for.
- ✓Google Business Profile set up and optimized if you don't have one, so you show up in local and "near me" searches (where it applies to your business)
- ✓A plan for the pages that bring in buyers: service, location, and sales pages built around what your customers search before they choose a provider
- ✓Call, form, and sales tracking, so every lead can be traced to its source
- ✓A review of your key pages (contact, quote, demo, pricing) with specific changes to turn more visitors into enquiries
- ✓The first wave of content written for ready-to-buy searches, optimized for Google and AI answers, and linked to your offers and related pages
- ✓Mentions from trusted websites that build your credibility
- ✓A monthly report showing leads against your target, what is working, and what comes next
Results phase (months 4 to 6): the same work continues on the same plan, with more content, page improvements, and credibility building. This phase is payable when the target is verified.
Where you land in the range
Your monthly rate is set after the audit, based on:
- ✓How competitive your market is
- ✓The value of a new customer to your business
- ✓How many services and locations we need to build pages for
- ✓How much needs to be built from scratch, such as a Google Business Profile or core sales pages
A lower price means a smaller scope, not the same work for less.
Even if I miss, you keep the system
If I fall short of the target, even by a single lead, you don't pay for months 4 to 6. You still keep everything built across all six months: the optimized pages and content, your Google Business Profile, your lead and call tracking, and the search presence they've earned.
These assets can keep working for your business after we stop. They need only light upkeep, such as refreshing content and checking results, to keep bringing in enquiries. Outcomes depend on your market, your current authority, your close rate, and how well your pages convert visitors into enquiries.
This is a best fit if
- You are a B2B SaaS, fintech, MSP, or high-ticket service brand.
- One new customer is worth $3k minimum one-time or on a decent monthly retainer.
- You can give feedback within 24 to 28 hours, including weekends.
- You want a partner who is accountable for visibility, not just output.
This is not for you if
- You want guaranteed rankings or guaranteed sales. Nobody can honestly promise either.
- Your average customer is worth a small one-time amount.
- You cannot publish content on schedule or share access to your CRM data and website analytics.
- You want 20 cheap posts a month.
The terms, in plain language
- The target. A number of qualified leads, counted cumulatively from month 1 to the end of month 6, agreed and signed before the first payment.
- Qualified lead. Defined in writing before we start: service area, project or customer type, and the form or call criteria that count.
- Tracking. Call tracking and Google Analytics, with access shared by both sides, so every lead can be checked.
- Pricing. Set after your audit and written into your agreement before the first payment.
- Payment, months 1 to 3. Due at the start of each month. Non-refundable.
- Payment, months 4 to 6. Invoiced once the target is verified, whether that happens early or at month 6, and due within 7 days of verification.
- If the target is missed. You owe nothing for months 4 to 6.
- Ownership. All content, pages, and accounts built for you belong to you, including work done in months 4 to 6. Your Google Business Profile and analytics are set up in your name from day one.
- What I need from you. Feedback within 24 to 28 hours including weekends, implementing changes on the agreed schedule, and Search Console and analytics access from day one. Delays on your side extend the timeline.
- What is not promised. Specific rankings, AI mentions, or closed sales.
