Terms of Service
Updated: 28 March 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By commissioning our services or interacting with DanielWrites.com, you agree to be bound by the professional standards and legal obligations outlined below.
1. The Partnership
DanielWrites.com provides high-level content strategy, SEO execution, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for global brands. Our mission is to bridge the gap between audience psychology and search visibility through research-backed assets.
2. Engagement & Scope
All project deliverables, timelines, and technical specifications are finalized in writing prior to kickoff. Any expansion of scope ("Scope Creep") after work has commenced will require a written amendment and may incur additional fees to maintain quality standards.
3. Financial Terms
3.1 Payment Structure
Pricing is project-specific. For first-time clients or single-asset orders, full payment or a significant deposit is required upfront. Retainer-based management services are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
3.2 Late Settlement
We reserve the right to suspend all active content production and publishing if accounts remain unpaid past the agreed due date. Digital assets will only be released for full use upon receipt of final funds.
4. The Revision Protocol
To ensure total alignment, we offer up to five (5) rounds of revisions per project, provided they align with the original brief. Revisions requested beyond the initial scope or subject matter will be billed as a new project phase.
5. Refund Policy & Guarantees
6. Intellectual Property & Rights
6.1 Transfer of Ownership
Full copyright of the delivered content transfers to the Client only upon receipt of 100% of the agreed payment. Until then, DanielWrites.com retains all legal rights to the work.
6.2 Portfolio & Case Study Rights
We reserve the right to showcase, reference, and link to any work produced as part of our professional portfolio and marketing materials. If your project requires total anonymity (Ghostwriting), this must be documented in a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to engagement.
7. Liability & Performance
Content is produced based on client-supplied data and industry research. DanielWrites.com is not liable for business outcomes, loss of profit, or third-party platform penalties (e.g., Google algorithm changes). Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific asset in question.
